More about Human Mental Programming
Human mental programming refers to the way individuals acquire and internalize beliefs, values, habits, and thought patterns throughout their lives. It’s like the software that runs in our minds, influencing how we perceive and respond to the world around us. This programming is shaped by various factors such as upbringing, education, experiences, and cultural influences, and it plays a significant role in shaping our behavior and decision-making processes.

Team development with Insights® Discovery
By identifying each team member’s individual personality profile (defined in 4 colours), using the Insights® Discovery methodology, I help individuals and teams optimize collaboration and communication.
After understanding the distribution of colours within the team, every member will learn how to act and adapt appropriately to each style (color).
The team members will be able to improve their communication, cooperation, leadership and well-being.

The Culture Map: Mastering cross cultural interactions
Culture and communication determine the success or failure of international projects, partnerships and business.
As part of the small network of certified consultants from Erin Meyer (author of ‘The Culture Map’), I will use the country mapping methodology and provide your teams with tools to better understand and decode cultural differences.
Your teams will learn how to avoid culture traps with practical examples and be able to self-assess and adapt your own team style across eight cross-cultural dimensions that will help you identify the gaps and possible overlaps.

DE&I: Navigating diversity for success in the corporate world
Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) course is designed to educate individuals or groups about various aspects of diversity, equity, and inclusion within different contexts such as workplace, education, society, etc.
Participants will gain insights that will help increase your talent pool, encourage diverse perspectives to drive individual and team performance and eliminate impediments to create an inclusive workplace where employees feel that their endeavours are valued.
